If your item arrives damaged or defective, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee. You have 30 days to return the item for a full refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the returned item, we'll issue a refund for the full purchase price. Please include your name and order number with your return.
Please note that each item is made especially for you once your order is placed. We can't accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing, change of mind, or other customer preference reasons. Please review sizing information carefully before placing your order.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

We're able to update shipping addresses within 24 hours of your order being placed. After that, we cannot guarantee changes or issue refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address.
